Free Registrations/Lodging

Free registration and lodging (single occupancy room) will be provided for registrants who are representing a Title I funded N&D institution or LEA.

Free registrations per institution or LEA are not limited this year.

Meal Costs
-
An optional meal package will be available during registration for approximately $185.00 per conference registrant.

Meals are not open to guests as these are informal networking opportunities for our participants.

Meal packages cannot be purchased after registration closes.

Refunds will not be honored after registration closes.

Meal costs are a Title I allowable travel expense and participants may request reimbursement from their institution or LEA.

Registrations for individuals not representing a Title I institution or LEA will be accepted for the cost of lodging.

Lodging costs must be paid via credit card upon registration at the rate of approximately $255 for a single occupancy room.

Additional Hotel Guests

The hotel will charge an additional fee for any guests. Additional fees:

1 guest - $39 per night plus taxes
-
2 guests - $69 per night plus taxes

3 guests - $89 per night plus taxes
