2025 N&D Symposium

  • Registration

    • Registration will be open August 18 – 29, 2025

    • All attendees and presenters must register online during this time.

    • Late registrations will not be accepted.

  • Free Registrations/Lodging

    • Free registration and lodging (single occupancy room) will be provided for registrants who are representing a Title I funded N&D institution or LEA.  

    • Free registrations per institution or LEA are not limited this year.

  • Meal Costs

    • An optional meal package will be available during registration for approximately $185.00 per conference registrant. 

    • Meals are not open to guests as these are informal networking opportunities for our participants.

    • Meal packages cannot be purchased after registration closes.

    • Refunds will not be honored after registration closes.

    • Meal costs are a Title I allowable travel expense and participants may request reimbursement from their institution or LEA.

  • Non-Free Registrations

    • Registrations for individuals not representing a Title I institution or LEA will be accepted for the cost of lodging.

    • Lodging costs must be paid via credit card upon registration at the rate of approximately $255 for a single occupancy room.

  • Additional Hotel Guests

    • The hotel will charge an additional fee for any guests.  Additional fees:

    • 1 guest - $39 per night plus taxes

    • 2 guests - $69 per night plus taxes

    • 3 guests - $89 per night plus taxes
